Remote Sales & Business Development Director - AI Infrastructure
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Sales & Business Development Director to join NEAR Foundation, a pioneering company in the AI infrastructure space. This role is critical as you will help shape our sales strategy and drive growth in a rapidly evolving market. As a Remote Sales & Business Development Director, you will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and founding team to establish a strong sales motion from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- In your first 30 days, immerse yourself in confidential computing and the technical value proposition of Near.ai.
- Master our pitch and conduct cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build an early pipeline.
- Shadow customer conversations and demos to understand buyer personas and pain points.
- Set up CRM hygiene practices in Attio and establish your prospecting workflow.
- From days 30 to 90, focus on booking qualified meetings with key decision-makers such as CISOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Infrastructure, and AI/ML leaders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in the tech or AI industry.
- Strong understanding of confidential computing and privacy-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Attio.
Nice to Have
- Experience in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in various sectors.
- Existing network in the financial services, legal, or insurance industries.
