About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Sales & Business Development Director to join NEAR Foundation, a pioneering company in the AI infrastructure space. This role is critical as you will help shape our sales strategy and drive growth in a rapidly evolving market. As a Remote Sales & Business Development Director, you will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and founding team to establish a strong sales motion from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • In your first 30 days, immerse yourself in confidential computing and the technical value proposition of Near.ai.
  • Master our pitch and conduct cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build an early pipeline.
  • Shadow customer conversations and demos to understand buyer personas and pain points.
  • Set up CRM hygiene practices in Attio and establish your prospecting workflow.
  • From days 30 to 90, focus on booking qualified meetings with key decision-makers such as CISOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Infrastructure, and AI/ML leaders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in the tech or AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of confidential computing and privacy-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Attio.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in various sectors.
  • Existing network in the financial services, legal, or insurance industries.
