About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote RN Regional Director of Day Center Operations to oversee the operations of our day centers in the Midlands, South Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and compliance with healthcare regulations while leading a team of healthcare professionals. As a Remote RN Regional Director of Day Center Operations, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple day center operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budget management and financial oversight to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote quality assurance and guest satisfaction.
• Drive workforce development initiatives to enhance team performance and client care.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to operational standards and quality care.
• Engage in sales leadership activities to promote the services of the day centers.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management.
• Proven experience in multi-site management and operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
