About the Role

Steer is seeking a Remote Revenue Operations Analyst to join our innovative team. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue lifecycle and go-to-market workflows. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to the automotive repair industry's leading software suite.

What You'll Do

• Own Deal Integrity & Flow: Audit "Closed Won" deals to ensure commercial terms are accurate and that all automated handoffs to Onboarding and Customer Success are triggered flawlessly.
• Optimize GTM Workflows: Build and maintain HubSpot workflows that power the transition from Sales to Onboarding, ensuring no customer "falls through the cracks."
• Enhance GTM Process + Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our go-to-market strategy and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement Automation: Utilize HubSpot automation to streamline processes and reduce manual friction between teams.
• Monitor Data Integrity: Maintain extreme accuracy while monitoring live deal flows and ensuring data hygiene during fast-paced sales cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process optimization.
