Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
