About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Recruiter to join our team for a 3-month contract. What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on candidate evaluation.
• Leverage ATS tools like Greenhouse to streamline the recruitment process.
• Engage with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Experience with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse, is a plus.
• A passion for equitable hiring practices and candidate experience.
