About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Real Estate Showing Agent to join our team at Showami. This position offers licensed real estate agents the chance to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, conducting light inspection reports, hosting Open Houses, and performing various other real estate tasks. As a Remote Real Estate Showing Agent, you will have the flexibility to work independently while remaining with your current brokerage.
What You'll Do
- Assist with buyer and rental showings in the Greer area.
- Conduct light inspection reports to ensure properties are in good condition.
- Host Open Houses to showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Earn money per task completed, with an average of $34 or more.
- Have the opportunity to receive tips from satisfied clients.
- Utilize your access to the MLS for property listings and showings.
- Show homes using an electronic lockbox.
- Work on a flexible freelance basis, allowing you to set your own hours.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina.
- Access to the MLS is required for property listings.
