About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Investor - Expert AI Trainer to join our innovative team at Mentis AI. In this role, you will leverage your institutional real estate investment expertise to enhance AI training projects focused on acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management. This position offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between human and artificial intelligence, making a significant impact in the real estate sector.

What You'll Do

• Contribute your insights and expertise in institutional real estate private equity to improve AI decision-making processes.
• Engage in training AI models that capture how top real estate professionals evaluate opportunities and structure transactions.
• Utilize your strong financial modeling skills, including DCF, waterfall structures, and return attribution, to inform AI training.
• Collaborate with an elite AI lab on a research project that aims to enhance asset management strategies.
• Commit a minimum of 15 hours per week to this remote asynchronous contract role.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in institutional real estate private equity, ideally at firms like Blackstone, Brookfield, or Starwood Capital.
• Experience at the Associate or VP level in acquisitions or asset management.
• Strong proficiency in real estate financial modeling and analytics.
• Familiarity with multiple asset classes and risk profiles, including core, value-add, and opportunistic investments.
• Knowledge of debt structuring, joint venture documentation, and LP reporting.
