About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Psychologist (Ph.D/Psy.D) who is fluent in German to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments remotely, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings.
• Collaborate with AI developers to improve mental health tools and applications, ensuring they meet the needs of users.
• Provide solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to clients, utilizing your skills in mindfulness and neuropsychology.
• Engage in outbound prospecting and lead qualification to connect with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in writing and developing content related to mental health that resonates with our audience.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology with a focus on clinical practice.
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in psychological practice, with a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Experience in AI evaluation and understanding of how psychological principles can enhance technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales development or customer service within the mental health field.
• Familiarity with social media management and creative strategy.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and regulations.
