About the Role

As a Remote Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of proposal development and bid submissions, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality proposals.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders and business development teams to develop compelling proposal responses.
- Review and measure the quality of proposals written by others to ensure high standards.
- Lead the proposal development process from creation to bid submission.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate metrics and Key Performance Indicators for proposals.
- Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives and participate in after-action review meetings.
- Manage a variety of response types, including detailed RFP responses and Statements of Qualification.
- Potentially lead part of the Proposal Support Team.
Requirements
- BA or BS in English, liberal arts, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and shift priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM databases is a plus.
- Ability to work within Adobe and Microsoft program templates.
- Team player willing to assist with a range of tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Life Sciences sector.
- Familiarity with proposal management software.
- Project management certification.
