Remote Project Manager - Operations & Healthcare Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee various projects with a focus on operations and healthcare, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. As a Remote Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Agile methodologies to track progress and manage resources.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project performance and implement process improvements as necessary.
• Support the team in administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in healthcare or operations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Hubspot).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in legal documentation or administrative tasks is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
• Experience in eCommerce or client management.
• Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
