About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in the nonprofit sector, focusing on AI-driven solutions. As a Remote Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our project delivery processes and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management strategies.

What You'll Do

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of AI solutions tailored for nonprofit organizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize project management tools such as Asana and Basecamp to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Implement quality assurance practices to ensure project outcomes meet organizational standards.
• Facilitate communication between teams and clients to foster strong relationships and engagement.
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements as necessary.
• Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor junior project managers and support their professional development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the nonprofit or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in project management.
• Proficiency in project management software including Asana and Basecamp.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client relations.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices and process improvement methodologies.
• Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and eCommerce strategies.
• Understanding of organizational change management principles.
