About the Role

We're looking for a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team at CodeKeeper. As a Remote Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with various teams, including development, sales, and customer support, to align project objectives with business goals.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team productivity.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain project management tools to track progress and performance.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement within the team.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a SaaS or LegalTech environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in customer service and technical support is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in legal drafting and software verification.
• Familiarity with Mar-tech and eCommerce platforms.
