QC Analyst - Remote Opportunity in Biotech

About the Role

In response to the growth of our Quality Operations Team in Ghent, we are seeking passionate individuals who want to contribute to the future of cell therapy. As a QC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of life-saving cell therapy products.

What You'll Do

• Conduct advanced QC testing for CAR-T products in IPC laboratories, ensuring compliance with all procedures, standards, and GMP regulations.
• Monitor the cleanroom classification by sampling viable and non-viable particles and microorganisms.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality and Operations departments to transition analytical tests from the bench to production.
• Review and approve QC data, maintaining process integrity through accurate documentation and managing test results in our eLIMS software.
• Draft QC documents, SOPs, and work instructions, contributing to process optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience in an aseptic production environment within QC or QA is a plus, but not required; we provide the necessary training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and technical English.
• A keen curiosity about quality and a quick learning ability.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with eLIMS software.
• Knowledge of advanced QC testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with CAR-T cell therapy processes.
