Remote Project Manager - Agile Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and collaboration. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects align with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce to manage project workflows and communications.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a remote setting.
• Proven experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as ServiceNow and Microsoft 365.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Mar-tech and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience in debt collections or customer support projects.
