Remote Product Manager - FinTech Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Transcard Payments. In this role, you will lead product development initiatives in the FinTech sector, focusing on payment solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. As a Remote Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and prioritize features that align with customer needs and market trends.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop product roadmaps and user stories.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product features and improve user satisfaction.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development processes and facilitate sprint planning.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and progress.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on product features based on data-driven insights.
• Support the sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the FinTech or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches and driving user engagement.
• Experience with data analysis and the ability to leverage insights to inform product decisions.
• Familiarity with SQL and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
