About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our web products. What You'll Do

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design strategies.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in web design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative design processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills.
