About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Principal Customer Success Manager to join our team at Checkr. In this role, you will be the lead advocate and strategic architect for our most complex and highest-value partnerships. As a Remote Principal Customer Success Manager, you will manage a select portfolio of our largest clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our innovative data platform.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Customer Success by developing a deep understanding of Checkr's products and strategically applying them to customer programs.
  • Ensure alignment with customer goals and drive positive business outcomes through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, partnering directly with their leadership teams.
  • Measure success by deepening existing relationships and earning the trust of key customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and growth within your accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence to engage with senior leadership.
  • Ability to understand complex customer needs and align them with product offerings.
