About the Role

In this role, you will support and oversee payroll operations for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining data integrity. As a Remote Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience through effective payroll management.

What You'll Do

• Process end-to-end payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy and perform payroll balancing for error-free processing.
• Manage payroll changes, including new hires and terminations, to ensure smooth transitions.
• Process off-cycle payrolls and bonuses as needed.
• Support payroll imports and integrations, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements for payroll operations.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies to maintain client trust.
• Maintain payroll documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely payroll processing and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Hands-on payroll processing experience in a remote environment.
