About the Role

What You'll Do
- Resolve support tickets and live chats, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Anticipate follow-up questions to streamline communication and reduce response times.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance response efficiency and improve ticket classification.
- Detect and address unusual account activities, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Participate in structured experiments and provide data-informed feedback.
- Work confidently with modern support tools, adapting quickly to new technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume support environment, handling thousands of tickets weekly.
- Strong written English skills, ensuring clear and friendly communication.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, and live chat platforms.
- Ability to utilize AI tools for drafting replies and summarizing threads.
- Sound judgment regarding fraud and risk management.
