What You'll Do

• Manage and lead a team of technical writers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of technical documentation, including user manuals, operating procedures, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards and best practices across the organization.
• Participate in the review and approval process for all technical content to ensure clarity and precision.
• Develop training materials and resources for the technical writing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously assess and improve documentation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation management, preferably in the software or robotics industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for various audiences.
