About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Remote Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and compliance matters.

- Collaborate with business development teams to support equity fundraising and investor diligence.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior legal staff and interns.
- Ensure that all legal documents are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in cross-border legal discussions and negotiations.
- Support the company in maintaining data privacy and security compliance.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and drafting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in cross-border legal issues is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
