About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Counsel (Commercial) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice on commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing risks effectively. What You'll Do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements and SaaS agreements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage legal documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably in commercial law.
  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Ukrainian is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the financial services or SaaS industry is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Experience in legal operations and contract management.
  • Knowledge of crypto regulations and commercial transactions.
