- Participate in policy training and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and compliance processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
- Familiarity with Colombian commercial law and corporate governance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management platforms.
