Remote IT Support Technician for Global SaaS Company

About the Role

Join Deel as a Remote IT Support Technician and become part of a dynamic team that is transforming how global talent connects with world-class companies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT support tickets and providing technical assistance to our diverse workforce across LATAM. As a Remote IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless access to our software stack and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Identity and Access Management responsibilities, including provisioning and deprovisioning user access.
  • Handle IT/IAM support tickets daily, troubleshooting and administering applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Provide technical support during company-wide webinars and meetings.
  • Create and update documentation for new processes and internal onboarding/offboarding information.
  • Support new hire cohorts with technical onboarding and training.
  • Maintain and manage devices running Windows and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Ensure timely resolution of at least 40+ support tickets daily.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in IT support within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Operating Systems and cloud-based software.
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages such as GAM, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Support Technician or IAM Analyst.
  • Familiarity with applications like Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing Okta workflows for large-scale organizations (1,000+ users).

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier or Workato.
  • IT certifications related to support or administration.
