About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Insurance Analytics Associate to join our dynamic team at Zensurance. What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize internal insurance programs through data-driven decision making.

  • Support team members at Zensurance to meet company goals and improve broker and underwriting effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Insurance Analytics Managers to implement features and expansions to our insurance products.
  • Utilize data to identify customer needs and optimize our online insurance offerings.

Requirements

  • A university degree in an analytical field such as Business or Mathematics.
  • Experience in the insurance industry through internships or coursework.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence others.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of analytics-based software like Looker, Amplitude, or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with product management software such as Confluence and Jira.
