We're hiring a Remote Implementation Specialist to join our growing team at Nest Veterinary. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the veterinary care industry by ensuring that new hospitals successfully launch and integrate our innovative care plan solutions. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building processes, owning outcomes, and making complex launches look effortless.

What You'll Do

• Implementation Leadership: Own the launch process, serving as the project lead for new hospital onboarding. You'll drive timelines, manage deliverables, and co-lead rollouts alongside Hospital Success Managers to ensure a seamless experience for every practice.
• Practice Training & Readiness: Prepare hospital teams to succeed with care plans from day one by delivering training sessions that equip veterinary staff with the necessary knowledge and workflows.
• Logistics & Readiness Coordination: Execute the behind-the-scenes work that makes launches run smoothly, managing scheduling, resource allocation, and communication flow.
• Technical Review & Validation: Conduct readiness reviews to verify integrations and configurations, ensuring everything is launch-ready.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Hospital Success Managers throughout the onboarding lifecycle, supporting a smooth transition to the ongoing support team.

Requirements

• 2+ years in SaaS implementation, operations, or project management (veterinary or healthcare experience is a plus).
• Experience training or enabling client-facing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders.
• Epic organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communicator — clear and confident with both internal teams and hospital staff.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with veterinary practice workflows or healthcare systems.
• Startup experience preferred.
