About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Implementation Specialist to join our team at Roofr. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer success and fluent in Spanish. As a Remote Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless onboarding experience, which is essential for their long-term success with our platform.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage multiple concurrent customer onboardings in a high-volume environment.
• Balance 1:1 training with scalable, group-based enablement.
• Design and deliver a scalable customer onboarding experience that drives fast time-to-value and long-term product adoption.
• Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve the onboarding process.
• Support customers as they grow and expand their use of Roofr's CRM and other products.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention.
