Remote Head of Technology - AI & SaaS Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Head of Technology to lead our technology initiatives and drive innovation in our AI and SaaS products. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with our business goals. What You'll Do

• Lead the technology strategy and execution for our software engineering projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical leads to ensure high-quality software development.
• Oversee the integration of AI and machine learning technologies into our SaaS offerings.
• Collaborate with product management to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive performance improvements and operational efficiencies across technology teams.
• Ensure the scalability and security of our cloud infrastructure.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into technology solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in software engineering and SaaS.
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale technology projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Django and React.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and system integration.
• Experience in B2B sales and client engagement is a plus.

• Experience with data engineering and SQL.
• Knowledge of enterprise sales and account management.
• Familiarity with performance management and product-led growth strategies.
