What You'll Do

  • Act as the technical backbone of the customer journey, resolving issues swiftly and accurately from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to influence product evolution based on customer feedback.
  • Foster a culture of communication and efficiency within your team, promoting a growth mindset and a commitment to customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success management or engineering roles, with a focus on technical support.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in AI technologies, particularly in marketing applications, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to think critically and approach challenges with a first-principles mindset.
