What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Customer Success Engineers, ensuring they effectively remove customer blockers and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Develop documentation and best practices that empower customers and streamline their interactions with our platform.
- Act as the technical backbone of the customer journey, resolving issues swiftly and accurately from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to influence product evolution based on customer feedback.
- Foster a culture of communication and efficiency within your team, promoting a growth mindset and a commitment to customer success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success management or engineering roles, with a focus on technical support.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in AI technologies, particularly in marketing applications, is highly desirable.
- Ability to think critically and approach challenges with a first-principles mindset.
