About the Role

We are seeking a Remote GTM Automation Engineer to join our innovative team at Postscript. As a key player in our mission to revolutionize SMS marketing for e-commerce brands, you will leverage AI tools and coding skills to enhance our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

What You'll Do

• Systematize the GTM motion by partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership to map workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Build hybrid automations that combine low-code tools like Zapier with custom scripts in Python and SQL.
• Develop internal tools using AI-assisted coding workflows to address specific business challenges.
• Infuse AI into our processes, creating intelligent systems that enhance productivity and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to ensure that the solutions you build are aligned with business needs and user-friendly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a GTM Automation Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to leverage AI tools for coding.
• Experience with low-code platforms such as Zapier, n8n, and Retool.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira.
• Experience in e-commerce or SMS marketing.
• Understanding of UX principles to ensure the usability of internal tools.
