Remote Founding Marketer - B2B SaaS Growth Specialist

About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Founding Marketer to join our innovative team at Wing Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to work within M32 AI, a subsidiary backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs, focused on building agentic AI for traditional service businesses. As a Remote Founding Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving growth in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead performance and growth marketing initiatives, launching and scaling high-performing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Own the entire paid acquisition process, from keyword research and bid strategy to creative testing and conversion optimization.
• Implement and maintain attribution models and multi-touch tracking to ensure accurate measurement of CAC and ROAS.
• Rapidly test and iterate growth experiments across paid, SEO, and organic channels to unlock new scalable acquisition levers.
• Design and optimize full-funnel user journeys, ensuring high conversion rates from ad click to activation and retention.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush, iterating on content for optimized search visibility.
• Write high-converting, SEO-optimized copy for ads, landing pages, and long-form content, collaborating with product and sales teams for alignment.
• Build and manage lifecycle flows across onboarding, retention, upsell, and referrals, ensuring effective lead nurturing through email automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytics, and experimentation.
• Proven track record managing significant ad budgets across platforms like Google and Meta.
• Experience with SEO strategy, content production, and performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Framer, and campaign managers.
• Excellent copywriting and design instincts, with the ability to create high-quality marketing assets.

Nice to Have

• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing execution.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Zapier or n8n.
