Remote Executive Assistant for Nonprofit Organization
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Executive Assistant to support our Co-CEOs at Merit America. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team, ensuring that they can focus on our mission of creating pathways to family-sustaining careers for working adults. As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate executive travel, and streamline operations to support our nonprofit's objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Co-CEOs' calendars, scheduling meetings and ensuring optimal time management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the executive team.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up communications.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and support organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between the Co-CEOs and various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Support the organization in various administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Experience in nonprofit or educational sectors is a plus.
