Remote Event Project Manager - Join Our Dynamic Team

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Event Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. As a Remote Event Project Manager, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to create memorable experiences that meet their needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of events from inception to completion, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
• Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet and Odoo to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in event management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Smartsheet or Odoo.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AV production or technical coordination.
• Graphic design skills for event materials.
• Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting.
