About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Dispatcher to join our team at Race Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing dispatch operations while ensuring excellent customer service. As a Remote Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and operations support, working collaboratively with our team to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coordinate with team members and customers to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Utilize route optimization software to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and dispatch activities.
• Support team leadership by providing training and onboarding for new dispatchers.
• Analyze metrics to drive improvements in dispatch processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or operations is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in dispatching or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and route planning tools.
• Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
