Remote Data Analyst Contractor - B2B SaaS Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Data Analyst Contractor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions and strategies within our B2B SaaS environment. You will work closely with various teams to analyze data, create reports, and develop dashboards that provide insights into our business operations.

What You'll Do

• Analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and QuickBooks, to identify trends and insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio to visualize key performance indicators.
• Conduct data cleaning and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies and initiatives.
• Provide real-time monitoring and anomaly detection to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage in statistical analysis and reporting to support project management and decision-making.
• Utilize SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in data analytics.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
• Experience with statistical techniques and data analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein and Snowflake SQL.
• Knowledge of AI strategies and their application in data analytics.
