About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team at Petardos CM. This role involves providing telephone support and handling administrative tasks at our central office in Spain. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient office operations. This is a temporary position for the campaign running from April to July, with flexible hours based on availability.

• Provide exceptional telephone support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support the office operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with office software and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
