As a Remote Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and video calls, to provide exceptional support.
• Assist customers in navigating our platform and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are maximizing the use of our services.
• Monitor customer success metrics and work towards achieving targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
