About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant - Remote to join our team at Intelcia. This role involves assisting customers in the energy sector via phone and digital channels. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the energy sector through various communication channels.
• Record and track orders, provide technical support, and manage billing inquiries.
• Handle complaints and emergency situations with professionalism and urgency.
• Assist in planning deliveries and maintaining contact with scheduled clients.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (12th grade).
• Experience in a contact center environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills, particularly in user-level applications.
• Availability to work from 14:00 to 23:00 with two weekdays off.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with the energy sector.
• Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
