About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager at Wishpond Technologies. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the voice and advocate of the customer, ensuring they receive maximum value from our SaaS solutions. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to helping small businesses thrive through digital marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium customers, driving relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Align customer goals with PersistIQ services, ensuring success criteria are met.
  • Act as a liaison to the Account Management Team, advocating for customer needs.
  • Lead retention efforts, including renewals and addressing cancellation requests.
  • Assist customers with escalated issues related to their service agreements and PersistIQ tools.
  • Execute our Customer Success engagement model, focusing on account management and retention strategies.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to expand revenue in existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including paid ads and email marketing.
  • Experience with Shopify and familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Technical and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of a second language being an asset.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with landing page and email marketing platforms.
