As a Remote Customer Service Virtual Assistant, you will be the front line of our brand, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.

What You'll Do

• Manage live chats and answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor.
• Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure orders and inquiries are processed efficiently.
• Address questions regarding product details, shipping status, and design specifications.
• Update and manage customer information and logistics tracking within spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and spoken English; you must be a confident speaker who can represent a high-end brand effectively.
• Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic personality; we are looking for proactive "people people."
• Proven track record in customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
