About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience while working from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Take ownership of customer queries from start to finish, providing thorough and professional assistance.
• Handle complex account issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Apply financial policies accurately while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Identify customers needing extra support and provide tailored assistance.
• Collaborate with the remote team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in financial services or a related field.
• Experience with multi-channel customer interactions, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in regulated environments.
• Professionalism in managing sensitive cases and customer information.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
