• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service processes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
