We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team at HONK. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming high-stress automotive moments into seamless, brand-enhancing experiences for our customers. What You'll Do

  • Interact directly with customers via phone to provide support and assistance.
  • Understand the company's value proposition and operational processes to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Utilize proprietary technology to connect members with our nationwide partner network.
  • Answer calls to assist customers with order fulfillment and service execution.
  • Analyze and interpret customer needs while building rapport to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding member expectations and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Think creatively to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment, particularly in resolving issues over the phone.
  • Ability to engage customers professionally and calmly, even under high call volumes.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Must provide a secluded workspace free from distractions.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps download and 2.5 Mbps upload.
  • Experience working from home is preferred.
