About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Clinical Trial Budget and Contracts Manager to join our Clinical Operations team at Natera. In this role, you will manage clinical agreements, budgets, payment follow-up, and corresponding processes to support our department. As a key player in ensuring compliance with study protocols, you will work closely with study teams and clinical site personnel to finalize budgets and execute contracts. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the integrity of our clinical trials while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of site contracts and track progress against OKRs for key deliverables.
  • Lead meetings with study teams and data management to align site budget templates with study protocols.
  • Negotiate site contracts and communicate risks to cross-functional partners, proposing effective solutions.
  • Provide status updates on activities to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting any timeline risks.
  • Collaborate with legal, accounts payable, procurement, and finance teams to enhance cross-functional budgets and payment processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial budget management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in managing study contracts and payments effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in budget tracking and financial reconciliation processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a HealthTech or biotech environment.
  • Knowledge of fair market valuation practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
