Business Transformation Consultant - Remote

About the Role

Join Vonage as a Business Transformation Consultant - Remote and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide! This role is crucial for delivering world-class operational delivery and end-to-end business transformation across our global BU Apps business (UC/CCaaS). You'll be at the forefront of our largest and most complex business transformation programs, making a significant impact on our business performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, from discovery and business case development to implementation, change management, and benefits realization.
• Apply strong commercial judgment and financial acumen to shape, assess, and evolve business cases, ensuring every initiative delivers tangible value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, and GTM teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Drive business performance by redesigning processes and embedding best practices.
• Develop, coach, and hire top-tier talent, fostering a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
• Champion excellence in delivery quality and execution discipline, ensuring initiatives set a new standard for impact.
• Execute robust change management and communication strategies to drive adoption and sustain new ways of working.
• Measure what matters by tracking benefits realization and monitoring KPIs, reporting results to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or large-scale change delivery, ideally with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting background.
• Deep commercial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret financials and build business cases.
• Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end transformations, from case development through implementation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in data and performance tracking.
• Strong leadership and people development skills, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
