About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Clinical Operations Specialist - Quality & Safety to join our team at Midi Health. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing patient safety and quality through effective data analysis and quality improvement initiatives. As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing clinical data, assessing adherence to protocols, and contributing to the overall success of our Clinical Quality Program.

What You'll Do

• Collect and analyze care delivery data to inform clinician education and identify workflow improvements.
• Utilize tools such as QuickSight, Athena, Clarity, and Google Workspace for data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with clinical managers to foster a supportive team environment that promotes growth and skill development.
• Contribute to performance improvement projects across the patient care team.
• Assist in developing and refining auditing resources, protocols, and guidelines to promote continuous improvement in clinical practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical operations or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in healthcare or medical operations is preferred.
• Ability to identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical practices.
