About the Role

We're looking for a Remote Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team at Whalar Group. In this role, you'll lead client relationships and ensure the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns. As a Remote Client Services Manager, you will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries.
• Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and meet client expectations.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client services or project management, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel.
• Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with campaign management tools and CRM software.
• Experience in digital marketing and programmatic advertising.
• Knowledge of API integration and data integration processes.
