About the Role

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in case management or telehealth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Experience in chronic condition management and patient advocacy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and billing processes.

Nice to Have

• Certification in case management (CCM) or similar.
