- Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment, ensuring each interaction is positive and supportive.
- Gather and document pet medical information accurately while scheduling appointments effectively.
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards while demonstrating dependability and flexibility.
- Participate in a mandatory 4-week intensive training program to ensure you are well-prepared for the role.
- Utilize custom software and tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Five9 to assist customers efficiently.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance standards to meet the needs of our pet families.
- Go above and beyond to provide stellar customer service to both pet families and veterinarians.
Requirements
- Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments.
- A wired Ethernet connection is required; satellite internet and 4G/5G hotspots are not supported.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and have the manual dexterity to work on a computer.
