About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Business Operations Manager to join o1Labs, where our mission is to catalyze a new generation of applications powered by zero-knowledge cryptography. As a core contributor to our operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving key operational processes and programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, collaborative team while enjoying a significant level of independence.

What You'll Do

• Manage and expand relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges, serving as the primary contact for both centralized and decentralized exchanges.
• Drive strategic partnerships to ensure successful listings, integrations, and ongoing collaborations.
• Develop wallet and custody partnerships to enhance support for MINA and related assets, improving user experience across retail and institutional segments.
• Oversee the delegation program, recommending improvements to reduce operational overhead and ensure fairness and transparency.
• Define eligibility criteria, onboard program participants, and monitor performance, publishing updates and analytics on delegation outcomes.
• Analyze token flows, liquidity, emissions, and maintain the payment and treasury strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business operations management, preferably in the Web3 or cryptocurrency space.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tokenomics and treasury management.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
